‘RAPID RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS’
The EMGE Information Support service provides answers to one-off requests for non-confidential information and knowledge from the EMGE databases.
This service is extremely useful for busy Managers who require assistance with Paper Industry Information for internal presentations, reports etc.
Subscribers to the EMGE Support Service are able to obtain rapid responses to questions about subjects such as company information, market data, paper prices etc, normally provided in the form of PowerPoint charts or Excel spreadsheets.
Generally, we aim to complete requests with a rapid turnaround, i.e. the same day or within 24 hours.
Please note that this service is not for more detailed enquiries that need additional research. These can be quoted for independently.
Furthermore, clients may optionally include a personal internal presentation to management, for example once a year, which can be for planning, strategy and budgeting.
The fees for this service are priced individually, depending on client requirements.
