Image Surveys
As part of EMGE’s market research activities, we perform regular and ad-hoc image surveys, based on customer surveys, including personal interviews, telephone interviews and focus groups.
Image surveys provide valuable information on brand awareness, factors of importance, analysis of customer requirements and competitor performance ratings.
One such image study includes the EMGE Cutsize Benchmarking Survey, which involves interviewing around 300 Paper Merchants, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Office Supply Distributors (OSDs) in Europe, assessing the various Copy/Office Paper brands and the manufacturers of these brands across various performance criteria.
